You Will Need (6 things)
- 125 g Dark Chocolate Melted
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
- 12 tbsp Sponge Fingers Halved, lengthways
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Double Cream
Steps (2 steps, 20 minutes)

Place the cream, vanilla and sugar in a bowl and whisk gently until thick.
Place the bases of the biscuits onto a wire rack.

Spoon on the cream mixture and top with the remaining biscuits.
Mix together the chocolate and oil.
Top with chocolate mixture and let harden.
Serve.
