A quick and easy way to fancy up those plain walls!
A quick and easy way to fancy up those plain walls!
Lay your fabric flat and wrong side up and place the insert from your plastic frame on top. Roughly cut around the insert, leaving enough fabric to wrap around to the back of the insert. Place the fabric and the insert inside the frame, making sure not to trap any wrinkles on the front of the insert.
Pull one corner out of the frame and fold the excess fabric over so the edges of your frame will look neat. Repeat on each corner.
Using a hot glue gun, attach the fabric to the back of the insert. Get it as flat as possible, otherwise your frame won't hang flat against the wall.
That's it! In no time at all, you have new wall decorations. It's so easy that it's addictive; you will want them in every room of your home. These also make great housewarming gifts or nursery decorations for a new mom. I think they are especially nice when hung in groups.
