any new or used Cloth in any color any color of size Beret Super Glue Needle And Thread any color Felt

Instructions

1. 

   first you need to cut out 6 samll circles and 6 bigger ones cut an line towars the middle of the circles im using papaer just to show you

2. 

   next you fold the cloth back and forth until it looks like a faned out triangle

3. 

   now sew the bottom to keep it in place do this to every circle and sew them together put the smaller circles on top of the big ones

4. 

   now get some super clue or whatever glue works for you and glue some strong fabric or felt to the bottom in the form of a circle and add a barret wear and enjoy!!
