Combining whisky, cardamon gin, amaretto with fresh lemon, cinnamon and honey, this summer toddy is sure to warm you up even though served cold.

You will need

2 oz Whisky 2 oz Cardamon Gin 2 oz Amaretto Juice of 1 Lemon 1 tbsp Honey Cinnamon Stick

Combining whisky, cardamon gin, amaretto with fresh lemon, cinnamon and honey, this summer toddy is sure to warm you up even though served cold.

Instructions

1. 

   Pour the whisky, cardamon gin and amaretto into a measuring jug.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from a lemon, stir in the honey and add a cinnamon stick. Leave to infuse for half an hour.

3. 

   Pour into your flask and enjoy in small sips.
