I needed a sleep mask for an upcoming trip. So, I made two.

You Will Need (3 things)
- Elastic
- Embroidery Floss
- Fabric
Steps (5 steps, 90 minutes)
-
1
I cut a top and bottom for each from a pattern I made. (I used scraps of a red velvet-like material and a black t-shirt sleeve to make sure they would be comfy.)
-
2
I embroidered the front of each mask. (One reads "Let Me Dream" in white with a black butterfly, the other has a Gothic-inspired butterfly approx over each other with white and red accents.) This too the longest.
-
3
Front sides together I sewed each front to a back, leaving about an inch or less on each side to leave space to turn as well as for the elastic.
Trim strings and iron as needed.
-
4
Turn right sides out. Iron as needed.
-
5
Pin elastic in place and zig zag stitch entire thing. Trim strings. Iron as Needed.
