This project has taken me a very long time! Granted, I kept putting it down, but still. The hair I am particularly proud of - I used variagated yellow floss to make the highlights. I would stitch one line, then clip and move the thread to be another color and start from the top. It was time consuming, but i think it looks absolutely fantastic, so it was worth it! Also, I learned that metallic thread is almost NOT worth it. Looks very nice, but the thread catches on everything, and is very hard to keep the needle threaded! The whole thing was done in a split-stitch.
