I used kids socks I found on sale for a buck! Figure out what size you need for your item, cut the toe of the sock off, turn it inside out and sew it closed. Mine are double thickness. If you get a small crochet hook you can run it through the top of the sock between the layers and pull a cord through to use as a drawstring or long enough for a neck rope. You can add beads or charms to the string. Keeps your goodies scratch free and well protected plus cute to carry.
