This is just like the inside of a spring roll. You can make it spicier if you wish. Coleslaw mix consists of green cabbage, onion & carrots if you want to make your own.

You will need

1 lb Ground Meat Sausage 7 cup Coleslaw Mix 2 tbsp Soya Sauce 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 cup Spring Onion 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

1. 

   Cook the sausage meat through.

2. 

   Add the coleslaw mix, soya sauce, ginger & garlic powder. Cook for a few mins.

3. 

   Remove from the heat. Pour over some more soya sauce & spring onions.

4. 

   Serve.
