Egg Fried Rice

Egg fried rice with soy and spring onions!

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 250 g Cooked Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 75 g Peas
  • 4 Spring Onions

    Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil.

    Crack two eggs into a bowl.

  4. 4

    Add the toasted sesame oil, 2 tsp soy sauce and beat with a fork.

    Add the frozen pea to the boiling water and cook for a couple of minutes before straining.

    Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a frying pan.

    Add the rice.

    Add the peas and cook for a minute or two.

    Push all of the rice and peas over to one side of the frying pan and add the egg mix to the other side.

    Scramble the eggs as they cook.

    Mix the cooked eggs into the rice. Chop in the spring onions and season with 2 tsp soy sauce.

    Serve hot.
