Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs with milk and thyme. Add salt and pepper and broccoli and mix. Pre-cook bacon in the microwave for one minute. Spray the tin with non-stick cooking spray and line each muffin space with some of the dough, it doesn't have to be super thick, so just do whatever sounds good to you. You don't need to use dough if you don't want to. Line the muffins spaces with one slice of bacon each. My tin was small, so I used about half a bacon strip for each space. Fill just below the rim with egg mixture and top with cubed cheese. Bake until bubbly, usually between 15-17 minutes. Enjoy!
