1 box of stuffing mix 1 can of chicken gravy (Ready to eat) 1 can of cooked chicken(drained) 1 can of mixed vegetables (drained) 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 9x9 baking dish or cake pan Make stuffing according to box. I use the microwave instructions. While you’re waiting for the stuffing to come out of the microwave mix the can of cooked chicken, mixed vegetables and gravy mix in a bowl. Stir the chicken, vegetables and gravy together. Once the stuffing is done put a layer on the bottom of the pan. If you’re going to use a silicone pan like I do, you don’t have to spray it with cooking spray. But if you’re using a metal pan spray it down with cooking spray before adding the first layer of stuffing. Once the first layer of stuffing is in the pan layer the chicken, vegetable and gravy mixture on top of that then add a layer of cheese on top of that. Continue to layer it will you have no more stuffing, chicken mixture or cheese left. This is usually two layers of stuffing, chicken mixture and cheese. Now you can bake this in the oven at 350 till the cheese on top is golden brown and the whole thing is hot or for a fast meal, microwave in a silicone pan for five minutes or until the cheese on top is melted. Since this has everything you need for dinner in it I usually don’t serve anything else with it. This is also great if you have leftover chicken or turkey from a big holiday dinner or if you’ve bought a fully cooked chicken from somewhere like a grocery store. Enjoy!
