In Mexico we love food, here food almost mean family because our meals are always in family company and the other feel around our food is the joy of cooking and one thing I really enjoy to do is make tacos and I hope you enjoy make them with some one you cherish c: .
Almost everything in the picture is customizable but for this recipe I use beef meat, bolognese sausage, grilled cheese, tortillas, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, onion, garlic powder, vegetable oil, butter, beans, avocado, tomato, lemons, salsas.... Never forget the SALSAS!
First of all you have to put in the pan the oil with just one o half spoon of butter to low heat in the stove once the oil is hot you should add the slices of onion (if you don't like onion you can cut bigger slices so you can remove them later) meanwhile you can prepare the meat cut it in little pieces but remember the meat will be smaller after is cooked don't forget to cut the bolognese sausage too .
Now the the first fun part, let's flavor the meat with our condiments like the salt, pepper, the juice of one slice of lemon (or lemon pepper if you have it but is not the same for that reason you can do both things too) and add the garlic powder and once you done that cut the cheese in little pieces too.
Once you have the cut meat now you can put it to the pan that was with the oil in low heat, and heat the tortillas in the stove, to heat the tortillas you can do 1) use a comal, 2) use other fan or 3) in other extreme/lazy/quickly case; just put the tortillas in the flame in low heat and turn them just one time and once are ready reserve them to the tacos.
The time you have to wait'll depend depend of how much cooked you want the meat. The more heat you use faster the meat will be but probably will be more tough but if you heat the meat in medium/slow heat the meat'll we softer in your tacos but wherever heat you use, the meet 'll be ready when leave that pink tone of the beginning of cooking, just when the meet is almost done you add the cheese, if you do this before maybe the cheese get sticky to the pan and get burned. This whole step only last from 8 to 15 minutes and your meat'll be ready c:
Now that your meat is done and the tortillas are ready you can eat your tacos just like that but tacos are not tacos without salsa or guacamole or pico de gallo. Without salsa, tacos are just sad tacos :'( so here are some options to accompany 1) Mashed Beans, if you don't have mashed beans you can do this; in a bowl put the beans (even that ones from a can) and with the base of clean glass mash the quantity you'll need... and now you have mashed beans. 2) Guacamole you'll need one avocado, lemon pepper, juice of one slice of lemon and salt and just a little of milk cream or just milk, you'll smash the avocado in a little bowl add the previous condiments and add just a little of milk or even cream cheese just to do more creamy the guacamole ..... 3) Cut slices of tomato for your tacos add a little salt 4) Get mexican salsas
And you are done !! Congratulations now you only have to eat your tacos c:!!!
