You Will Need (10 things)

  • Biscuits

  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 50 g Corn Flour
  • 300 g Plain Flour

  • Decoration

  • Icing Sugar
  • Food Colouring

Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

    Cream together the butter, sugar, egg & vanilla.

    Sift in the corn flour & flour.

    Mix to form a dough.

    Wrap in cling film & refrigerate for at least 1/2 an hour.

  4. 4

    Heat oven 160 degrees.

    Roll the dough out & cut into shapes.

    Place on a tray & bake for 10-12 mins.

    Let the biscuits cool completely.

    Decorate as you like.
