this sandwich is great for lunch on a hot summer day or as a snack anytime. i love eating these before excercising because they aren't too heavy and they give energy. I got the idea from: http://www.hearthospital.com/news/uploads/files/Crunchy_Peanut_Butter_apple_wrap.pdf but i decided to change it up a bit.

You Will Need (4 things)

  • 1 Tortilla Bread
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 Apple

Steps (8 steps, 10 minutes)

    Next, slice your apple up. Each piece should be about one centimeter squared.

    First, lay out all your ingredients.

    Now, slather peanut butter over half of your wrap bread. If you want a bigger sandwich, use the bigger wrap bread, or make two sandwiches with the smaller bread size.

    Next, Cover the peanut butter in apples.

    Now sprinkle cinnamon over the apples. You can use cinnamon sugar instead, But if you use cinnamon suger, don't add brown sugar.

    Sprinkle brown sugar over the cinnamon.

    Roll it up going from the stuffed side to the empty side. You're finished!
