Easy Chicken And Sweetcorn Soup!
Here's how to create a really simple Chicken and Sweetcorn soup.

Although you can use real chicken, in the photo I used Quorn chicken for a healthier effect.

You Will Need (7 things)
- 50 g Onion fried
- 50 g Chicken fried
- 150 ml Vegetable Stock
- 50 g Sweetcorn
- Salt and Pepper
- Mixed Herbs
- 1 Eggs
Steps (7 steps, 60 minutes)

Firstly, over a medium heat with a small amount of oil or butter, lightly fry the onion.

When softened, add your chicken (meat or quorn).

Add the chicken stock and let simmer for a while.

When starting to boil, add; salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
(OPTIONAL: I added some chilli powder to mine!) -

Add the sweetcorn.

Before adding the egg, ensure the soup is proper boiling.
When boiling, simply crack the eggs into the pan and continue to boil. -

Add more herbs and stock to create desired consistency.
