Easy & Healthy 'Asian' Lunch

As I was eating this for lunch, I thought this is good shiznit!

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 1 cup Cole Slaw
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • Salt
  • black Pepper
  • Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
  • 1 oz Peanuts or cashews
  • Optional: few mandarin Orange(s) slices
  • Optional: crunchy Wonton Wrappers

Steps (4 steps, 25 minutes)

    Boil chicken breast until cooked. Remove from water, and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Let cool, and then cut into bite size pieces.

    Take at least 1 cup of the cole slaw mix and put it in a bowl, and top with cut up chicken.

  3. 3

    Add peanuts (or cashews) and dressing (to your taste) and toss or shake in a closed container, until dressing is mixed in well.

    Optional: top with mandarin oranges and/or crunchy wonton strips.
    (Bean sprouts would probably be good, too!)

    Eat!
