Really easy to make. A great way to use up leftover Easter eggs.

You will need

12 tbsp Butter 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg 1 Egg Yolk 1 tsp Vanilla 2 cup Flour 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Chocolate Eggs Smashed

Really easy to make. A great way to use up leftover Easter eggs.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 160 degrees Melt butter. Mix butter & sugars together.

2. 

   Mix together the egg, yolk & vanilla together. Mix into the butter mixture.

3. 

   Add the flour, Bicarb & salt to the mixture. Stir to combine.

4. 

   Add the chocolate eggs. Mix through.

5. 

   Press into a tray. Bake for 25-30 mins.

6. 

   Cut & serve
