These are vanilla sponge cup cakes decorated with green butter icing & chocolate eggs.

They are very easy to make & look amazing.

You Will Need (11 things)

  • 4 oz Butter
  • 4 oz Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 oz Self-Raising Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • butter icing

  • 3 oz Butter
  • 5 oz Icing Sugar
  • Topping

  • Chocolate Eggs

Steps (9 steps, 40 minutes)

  1. 1

    Heat the oven 180 degree.

    Cream the butter & sugar together.

    Add the eggs one at a time.

  3. 3

    Sift the flour & baking powder.

    Fold into the mix.

    Add the vanilla

  5. 5

    Spoon into cases.

  6. 6

    Cook for approx 15 mins.

    Allow to cool.

    Mix the butter icing up.

    Cream the butter & icing sugar together.

    Add the green food colouring.

    Using a grass tip pipe the icing onto the top of the cup cake.

    Add the chocolate eggs.
