Ribbon black Construction Paper Mod Podge 6 Thin Cardboard

Instructions

1. 

   Cut your mask shape out of thin cardboard.

2. 

   Glue it down to a sheet of black construction paper. Cut it out and repeat on the other side.

3. 

   OPTIONAL- Mix black glitter with a little Mod Podge and paint one side.

4. 

   Finish cutting it out and give the whole thing a cote of mod podge.

5. 

   After it has dried, punch out holes and attach ribbon or elastic cord.
