I got a really cute jewellery holder for Christmas from ASOS, considering earrings dominate my jewellery collection, I decided to do some organising. Unfortunately I used to throw out/missplace some of the packing that came with new earrings which although not a problem with my old stand, meant I couldn't hang them up neatly on the new one! So I decided to make my own holders :) These are so easy and make it much easier to store your jewellery! Any shape and any size! It took me about 30 mins to make 15 ish...

Gather materials, to cover the card you can use anything, fabric, wrapping paper, scrapbooking paper etc.
Place an original card on your thin board, with a ruler mark all the way down.
Cut pieces
Place piece of card onto your pretty paper and cut with an edge of at least 3cm on the left/right, 1cm on top and bottom(to fold)
Fold the paper over the card so the right side is visible (as close to the edge as possible)and repeat for other side
Fold the top over and over again to hide the wrong side (Repeat for bottom)
Tape/glue the edges down
Use the hole-puncher to pop a hole in the top centre of the piece
Place your original packaging on top of your new card and use a thick needle to poke the holes to hang your earrings in
Hang away!!
