A fresh twist on apple pie. It has a nice sweet crumble topping on top of a traditional apple pie. Sweet shortcrust pastry base with crunchy apple's in the middle with an unusual crumble topping. It's really different from the traditional pie but just as tasty and satisfying. I would say that it is best eaten on the day it is made and always eaten with vanilla ice cream.
