Drums Of Heaven , Chinese Style!
Tossed in an easy to make, spicy sauce!

I was bored of plain old chicken lollipops so tried something different!

You Will Need (8 things)
- 1 tblspn Garlic , minced
- 1 tspn Ketchup
- 1 Egg
- 2-3 stems Scallions , white and green separately chopped
- 2-3 Bird's Eye Chilis , finely chopped
- Vegetable Oil for frying and 2 tblspns for the sauce
- 1 tblspn Ginger , minced
- 1 tblspn Soy Sauce
Steps (14 steps, 20 minutes)

For marination:
# Soy sauce 1 tblspn
# Chilli sauce 1 tspn
# Paprika 2 tspns or as per your spice preference
# Ginger-garlic paste 1 tblspn -

Add all the above + salt into a box or ziplock

Mix well

Add the wings and toss well so that they are well coated in the marinade.
Let it marinade for 4-6 hrs in the fridge

Break egg in a bowl and beat it.
Take the cornflour in another bowl or plate

Dip the wings, one at a time, first in the egg...

... and then in the cornflour. coat well

Do this with all the wings and...

.. deep fry, first on low heat and then on medium heat.
Let the oil drain on paper towels -

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Add the ginger garlic scallions and bird eye chilli. Toss for half a minute.

Now, add all the sauces sugar and salt if required.
Check the taste. Add 1-2 tspns of water to get the desired consistency.
Let it simmer for a minute. -

Now add all the fried wings into the sauce.

Toss to coat well

Garnish with the scallion greens and serve with your favourite sauce!
