Where did you get your Shrinky Dink paper? Because the Shrinky Dink paper I used last time, would break on me if I bent it slightly wrong.

Thank you so much!!!

I punch a hole in the middle and cut it then out. I take my scissors, put some clay under the part to cut out and punch the scissors though the shrink plastic.

this is brilliant!! whenever i try to cut shrink plastic out neatly it just splits
how did you cut the inside section out?? because i know you cant fold shrink plastic (as it would split straight away)

You can use paint after shrinking. But than you have to use clear spray paint or something else for a glossy finish. I don't know, what the paint do in the oven...
But when you want to paint it before shrinking, then you can use pencils and marker.

I love it - it's so pretty! I'm dying to have a go using shrinkie plastic - what sort of materials can you use to colour it? Will paint work or will it ruin in the heat?

Hey I was just wondering if the embossing powder helps to make the shrinky dinks a little bit less fragile? I have never tried it but I was looking for a way to make my shrinkies look more "finished" instead of so rough and such.
Very cute by the way!!!
Thanks for sharing Happy

You have to let the embossing powder dry, when you touch it, you have the melted embossing powder on your finger. Just let it some minutes dry!!!

the mebossing idea is very good, I'll definately get using that, just one question what does this sentence mean-
"Let it some minutes try outside the oven but please don't tough it, because then it smears".I'm guessing you made a typo or something so could you explain it?

You have to try it with the embossing powder. It's a really nice finish and they look much better, than without!!!

I just cut out my shrinky dink paper with some scissors, coloured it with a pencil, baked it, added some silver glitter embossing powder, baked it again and added some rhinestones. That's all!
