Get your ingredients. Blender/Mixer Coconut Powder Honey 1/3 cup of Chopped Almonds 1/3 cup of Chopped Cashews 1/2 cup Dried Dates (roughly) 1 cup Dried Apricot *Blend the dried apricots and dated together until they becomes mush.
You can either blend the nuts in the blender or just chop them till they are fine, I put mine in the blender and it became a powder. If you would like to actually taste the nuts I would suggest that you just chop them. All is in experimenting
Add both the nuts and Date/Apricot mix together. You can blend it but it becomes stuck in the blender as I found out. Then add a little honey to make the mixture become "sticky". Also so it joins all of the ingredients into a large clump. (As picture)
From this mixture, take a small palm sized clump and start to form it into a ball shape with your hands. From this you cover/coat it in the coconut powder.
Do this until all of the mixture is used up. Then refrigerate and eat ^.^
