The top is really just two or three bags glued together at the straps with the bottoms cut out- I wore a tank top underneath just in case. It's pretty stable for wearing, but mine was way too short to go anywhere. You could add more layers, but you would need to glue those to a skirt or something or they would not be poofy. You make them poofy by fluffing them up all full of air and then doing your best to glue the opening closed- obviously they will often need refluffing. *whew*

just wondering you know the top half did you just cut the bottom off the bag's you know for the bodice, also where did you hot glue it, and is it stable for wearing? i'm think of making one urs looks epic by the way
That's Really neat I might try and make one. One question, for the top is that just a bag with the bottom cut out? Also do you think you one might make it longer by adding several layers of bags? But other than that it's a really cool dress.
The shirt is basically several bags with the bottoms cut out. The skirt- which is separate- is made of bags ruffled and hot glued to a wide ribbon. So it's two pieces and can be worn over and over.
