So for Christmas last year, I made my boyfriend and bestestest friend dream catchers. It was a fun little project for me. Well, as I got into my I-will-never-wear-this jewelry, I found a pair of bangles. And it clicked in my head. Why not make a pair of earrings out of these?! So I did. I lightly painted the bangles with brown paint to give them a rustic, coppery look and then used Mod-Podge to seal it in. Thought it would look better than bright gold. The website that I used has very simple instructions. I suggest that you leave yourself plenty of string and time so you can get it just right. Took me at least 3 times before I got it looking like how i wanted to. :] It's your choice on whether or not you add feathers or beads. I like it plain with that bead at the top. Adds some color to it. :] Have fun!
