All of these materials were found in my backyard. You can use almost anything to decorate the dreamcatcher: feathers, seashells, vines, leafs, and beads.

You Will Need (4 things)
- Bead(s)
- Feathers
- Fresh Grapes vine
- Hemp String
Steps (17 steps, 180 minutes)
-
1
Collect all of your materials. I got all of mine from my backyard and around my house.
-
2
Take the grapevine and cut all of the leafs and stems off.
-
3
Take the grapevine and bend it into a circle, any size. Twist the remaining vine around itself.
-
4
Continue adding more and more vine to the circle.
-
5
It should look like this when you are done and should hold quite well.
-
6
Using hemp or any other kind of string(I used green hemp for this one), tie a knot. It's hard to tell how much string you are going to need so just cut a long piece, you can always add more on later.
-
7
From the knotted part, loop the string over the top and across.
-
8
Continue to make these loops about every inch or so.
-
9
When you have went all the way around it should look like this.
-
10
From here you are going to take the string and loop it through the first loop in the beginning. The knot will be the same thing as step 7.
-
11
Like this...
-
12
Continue to do the same thing.
-
13
It should begin to build up like this.
-
14
When you are done, knot the end and cut off the rest of the string.
-
15
Add string on the bottom to add feathers and other stuff. I also added string at the top so I could hang up my dreamcatcher.
-
16
Decorate the dreamcatcher anyway you want! (I used beads, feathers and swirly vines.)

The dreamcatcher is still fragile at this point. It will take a while to dry, but just hang it up and let it catch your bad dreams.
