Get all your contents out of your kit and make sure everything is there.
Tie the rope onto the hoop and I recommend gluing it onto the hoop. Wrap it over your fingers creating a hole, and in a swing motion wrap over then under and through the hole , repeat step all over.
You should have something like this (if confused on how to wrap , youtube has a good video) You will be wrapping it all over the hoop in a spiral rotation .
You can start adding beads to it, to add beads just string the bead in and work as before. And keep with the wrap rotation.
It should look something like this.
Boom, all beaded up!
Now to add the beads and feathers, decorate as you wish. I did 3 on the bottom just like the photo on the box and how basically its been done.
