Tutorial on deviantart...but now here to xD You can't see it verry wel but step 1 and 2 are the most important.

Instructions

1. 

   Make 2 circles for the base of the knee part.

2. 

   Draw some hips.

3. 

   Now let's complete the legs.

4. 

   Erase the knee base thingies and add some details and maybe shoes(?)
