You may need to top up the juice in the pot from time to time. This goes a long way, extras can be frozen.
You may need to top up the juice in the pot from time to time. This goes a long way, extras can be frozen.
Rub the salt, pepper & garlic powder into pork. Place into pot. Slice onion & place in pot. Pour over the Dr Pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer for 3 hrs until meat is tender. Boil down any juices that remain.
Shred the meat.
Add the BBQ sauce & stir through. Allow the sauce to heat through.
Serve.
