Torn between choosing Cookies or Brownies for dessert, I decided to go All-In. Here's a super-easy method to having a winning dessert!
You Will Need: + 1 Box of Brownie Mix (including ingredients listed on box). + 1 Large package of Refrigerated Cookie Dough. + 1 Package Mini Marshmallows. + 1/2 Table Spoon Ground Cinnamon. + 1/2 Table Spoon Ground Cardamom.
Preheat your oven to the temperature listed on your box of brownie mix (mine was 350F). Grease your baking pan (I used solid coconut oil), and crumble the cookie dough into the bottom. Sprinkle the cinnamon and cardamom on top of the broken up dough, then kneed with your hands to evenly distribute the spices.
Flatten the dough evenly along the bottom of your baking pan, then top with as many marshmallows as you desire.
Prepare your brownie mix as directed on the box.
Pour your mixed batter on top of the marshmallows and cookie dough, then smooth as evenly as possible with a spatula.
Bake for the directed time on your box of brownie mix (mine was 40 minutes). While you wait, mix yourself up a drink!
Allow to cool before cutting, as the center will be very gooey from the melted marshmallows. Garnish your plate as desired, and enjoy!
