These muffins are PERFECT any time of the day. They also freeze really well if you'd like to double up the recipe for you or your family to enjoy.

You Will Need (10 things)
- 2 cup All Purpose Flour (you can also use white whole wheat)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (you can use dark chocolate cocoa powder)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Plain unflavored Yogurt
- ¾ cup Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
Steps (5 steps, 40 minutes)

Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F. During this time you can line your muffin pans with the muffin liners.

In a large bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla and vegetable oil until smooth.

Add flour, sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.

Scoop mixture into your prepared muffin cups, about 2/3 full in each muffin cup.

Bake in oven until you can insert a toothpick into the center and have it come out clean (approximately 15-19 minutes). Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan and finish cooling completely on a wire rack.
