Description

i made this for my best friend because she needed a friend lol =] sorry picture heavy -__-

Instructions

  1. Small 14024

sketch a dog or whatever animal on paper. make sure animal is the size of your hand or a little bigger. fold the picture in half so your animal is even on both sides and cut it out.

  2. Small 14049

i folded a piece of felt in half, pinned the dog onto the felt, and started cutting. cutting it this way is never perfect, so just recut the edges that don't look right. you need TWO pieces of every shape.

  3. Small 14026

i cut out a triangle for the nose, tear drop eyes, and pink blush. ignore the 6 dots, was going for whiskers, but it doesn't fit. hahahaha make sure to cut out TWO of each shape. i usually eye ball how big the eyes or other shapes.

  4. Small 14030

i sew it the in and out way...not the over the top way...because you won't see the stitches that much...start sewing from the bottom of the cheek all the way to the other side, but leave an openning for cotton =]

  5. Small 14031

    flip it inside out =]

  6. Small 14032

    start stuffing =]

  7. Small 14033

    add some love =D

  8. Small 14034

this is the tricky part...closing up the hole. it's like your shoes..chucks...when you want to change your shoelances to make them look straight and not zigzag... -poke it over one side so that the needle is on the inside.

  9. Small 14035

the make another poke next to your last poke.

  10. Small 14036

and poke it over the other side so that the needle is again facing the inside

  11. Small 14037

and as you make more stitches, make sure to pull on your thread to tighten it, but becareful of knots and breaking the string =(

  12. Small 14038

loop three knots around needle and pull through to tie. do this about 2 or 3 times to make sure it won't come off. message me if you have problems =\

  13. Small 14039

    ta da =] fluffy!

  14. Small 14027

this is two triangle shapes for the nose. start from one corner and sew to the other side, leaving an openning for the cotton =]

  15. Small 14028

stuff with cotton use steps 9-13 on how to close the hole. message me if you have problems =\

  16. Small 14040

poke through the middle of the nose

  17. Small 14041

and then poke through the middle of the doggie's face.

  18. Small 14042

pull the needle through and poke the nose on the same side as the first poke to tie the nose onto the doggie

  19. Small 14043

glue on the eyes and blush =]

  20. Small 14044

cut two dog bones, make sure it's big because i made it a little too small and had a LOT of trouble flipping it inside out.

  21. Small 14045

sewing steps 5-7 closing hole steps 9-13

  22. Small 14046

to attach bone onto the doggie, repeat steps 17-19.

  23. Small 14047

i decided to make spots =] ...but i added too many spots in this photo... glue spots i can't find the finished photo yet =(

  24. Small 14048

and my trademark =] finished!!!!!! =]
