I'm a huge fan of shirts like this. I mean, who isn't?! They're cute, simple, easy to make; what's better than that? The best part is that you can dress them up as much as you'd like by adding things like pins and a belt like in the photo above. If you try it out, lemme know and give me feedback please!

You can start off with using any tshirt that you'd like and wouldn't mind cutting up for this project.
Once you find a good shirt, cut a slit on both sides of the top collar. This will help you guide where you're cutting.
Next, cut along the seam of the collar. Don't cut too big of a hole because it won't fit correctly when you wear it! Then you want to grab both sides of the hole you just made and pull them so the sides curl over.
I like to cut the seams off the sleeves as well, but feel free to do whatever you'd like with your shirt. Just repeat the same process that you did for the collar. To get the curl effect, remember to pull on both ends of what you just cut.
My shirt is a little long, so I just cut the seam off of the bottom too. After that, you're all done! Now feel free to accessorize your new off the should shirt as you wish!
