Using saw tooth knife cut 12 wooden dowel pieces of 0.47cm thickness at 14" length each. Cut another 24 wooden dowel pieces of 0.47cm thickness at 13" length each. Cut 12 wooden dowel pieces of 0.3cm thickness at 11" length each.
Save and Print the image template. Stick it down temporarily on center of your wood board using duct tape or little paper glue. (It was tough for me to eyeball for symmetry. So, just to make it easy for you I made this template.)
Mark the lines on wooden board by extending the lines from stuck template using pencil and ruler.
Stick the 14" length cut wooden dowels on black lines, the 13" inch dowels on green lines and the 11" inch dowels on red lines one by one using hot glue.
Place the wooden board on a small step stool (or something similar, to let you elevate the craft piece). Paint all the dowels on one side. ( I used Espresso color from Craft Smart acrylic paints.)
Turn the piece upside down and paint the other side of dowels. Let the paint dry completely.
Choose a place for spray painting, cover the place with trash bags or old sheets or newspapers and spray the entire craft piece with 2 coats of Clear Gloss Paint. (Read instructions on your spray paint before using.)
After the spray paint is completely dry, hot glue all around on the inner edge of dowels (the area indicated in the above picture) and stick the 9" candle mirror on it. (You got to be little quick while doing this step because you do not want the glue to dry even before you stick the mirror on.)
You are almost done. Now place the small mirrors around randomly according to your desire. Once you decided on a pattern for your mirrors stick one by one using hot glue.
Add a saw tooth hanger to the backside of wooden board using hammer very gently (keep the mirror against carpet so that it doesn't break). And add a nail or two on wall where you want to hang your master piece.
Tadaa! Now hang it on the wall and admire your great job.
