You Will Need (4 things)
- 2 Scarf Silk
- Matching Thread
- Scissors
- Pinking Shears
Steps (6 steps, 60 minutes)
-
1
Find your silk scarves. You don't have to have two matching scarves, in fact it is better that you find two alternative designs - makes for an interesting finished piece! I found two silk scarves I liked from my local op shop (Australian thrift store) for $1 each

Make sure the smaller of your two scarves are an adequate fit around the side of your body, and be an acceptable length.
-
3
Trim down the larger of the two scarves with pinking sheers so that each scarf matches in size.
-
4
Re-hem approximately 1cm in from raw edge of your raw edges.
-
5
Pin the two scarves together, best sides facing each other, and stitch together in four straight lines as shown, leaving a gap at the top for your head, and two gaps either side for your arms

Turn the right way, and wear your new silky blouse with pride!
