About

I've seen a lot of false eyelash boards on YouTube, and many people use the craft organisers to keep their lashes, but I had this chocolate box left from valentine's and I decided I could make something that combined the two solutions!

Make sure your tape isn't the extra sticky stuff or you'll never get your lashes off! Double sided tape might be good for this as well.

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 1 Ferrero Collection Box
  • 2 x Pretty paper or Card
  • Sticky Tape
  • Scissors
  • Metal Ruler

Steps (8 steps, 60 minutes)

  1. 1

Start by collecting your materials, it'll be easier to have everything together to start!

I'm using two pieces of printed card taken from my Graze boxes.

  2. 2

Take all of the internal bits out of the box and remove the label on top. You will need to keep the card bit for now.

  3. 3

Use the card to trace onto your pretty card or paper, cut these pieces out. Make sure they are as close to the original as possible.

  4. 4

Using your metal ruler and scissors, score the lines that are on the original card onto your pretty card or paper (be very careful with the scissors, especially if you're using paper)

  5. 5

By doing this your backing should slot nicely into your box! (This is the back of mine)

  6. 6

Next is the only tricky bot.

You need to lay 6 lines of tape STICKY SIDE UP across the backing, fold it under the front piece of your backing so the ends of the tape are hidden between the front and back pieces.

  7. 7

Go around the 4 sides with tape STICKY SIDE DOWN to hold the lines of tape in place. Fold the tape around the back to join your two bits of card or paper together.

  8. 8

Slot both bits of backing (which should now be stuck together) back into your box and gently pop your lashes onto the tape! They should come on and off very easily :)
