I had actually taken apart a necklace I found in a vintage shop and made several pieces out of them. At the end I was left with these gold rings in 2 different sizes. I had an idea of making them into a pyramid necklace, secured with suede strings to change the length when I pleased. I hope you enjoy this!

I wasn't sure what these are called, but they must be some jewellery circular rings. Be creative and you could use big jump rings too.
Assemble the different sized rings together, to put them into position.
Gold wire will be used to secure two rings together. Use approximately 3 inches, which made 4-5 loops between the two rings.
This can be slightly tedious as the wire is fine and the rings are not that big. Be patient and you will get there! Loop the wire in the middle of the rings.
Once you are done with the top tier, move to the second tier. Place the smaller rings in between 2 big rings. Secure the bottom ring to the top ring by looping the gold wire on the top left and top right of the smaller (bottom) ring.
Add the 3rd tier, and finally the last tier which should only be one ring!
Take your 72 inch suede string and cut it into two pieces (so each string will be 36 inch). Take one string, fold it in half and loop it through the far end ring. Do the same with the next string.
The long string makes it easier for you if you plan to wear the necklace long or short! Have fun!
