Description

How I turned a dull concrete floor into a work of art!

Instructions

Make sure you properly clean and wash down the floor. Vacuum up any dirt and remove any dirt.

Using floor paint, cover the floor in one flat colour. I'm using a dark grey!

Use a pencil, ruler and tape measure to mark out your pattern. I'm doing a fairly simple geometric design, so I marked out a grid of squares 30cm x 30cm first.

I then went back over and added diagonal lines to finish off the geometric pattern.

You can then begin to paint the pattern with your second colour of choice. I'm using a very light grey, that looks almost white.

You may need to add a second coat of the lighter colour, but then you're done! You can enjoy your nice new patterned floor.

    Simple and beautiful!
