DIY Limoncello

Makes about 4 cups (and about 8 drinks)

You will need

1 cup Sugar 1 cup Water 1 ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice , from about 10-12 lemons 1 ½ cup Vodka Club Soda

Makes about 4 cups (and about 8 drinks)

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let cool, then pour into a pitcher.

2. 

   Stir in lemon juice and vodka.

3. Serve over and ice and top with club soda.
