Grab your lemon(s), vinegar and ice trays and a knife. First clean your ice trays Then cut up a lemon or two into wedges small enough to fit in the little boxes.
Next fill each lemon wedge with straight vinegar
Now just place your vinegar/lemon filled ice trays into the freezer and you're done. Probably a good idea to empty the trays once they're frozen and store in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer. But as far as I know, just throw one in the garbage disposal when you need a quick freshener.
