You'll need:
Scissors
Acrylic Paint or Nail Polish
Leather Scraps
Tape
Jump rings and Earring Hooks -
2
Create a feather shaped template and cut two pieces.
-
3
Tape and paint!
I used nail polish but acrylic paint can also be used. If using nail polish, be sure to test it out on the leather to make sure it'll come out right.

4
Add accents!
You can also stitch down the center of the earrings t create a spine.
-
5
Create fringe along the sides of each earring. For a more "feathery" look, make the fringe as thin as possible
Poke a hole at the top and add the jump rings and earring hooks
