The first time someone gave me one of these "heart attacks," I hardly knew what hit me. I came out onto my front porch and there were hearts strung everywhere. The perpetrators later let me know that I had been given a heart attack, and I was totally smitten. Give one to someone you love.

Start by cutting out hearts of all sizes from cardstock. Mine ranged from two inches wide to about four inches wide.
Sew your hearts together using a sewing machine. I used a wide zigzag stitch. Feed one heart through the machine. After the heart is sewn, let about ten "blank" stitches go by, then feed the next heart through.
Untangle your hearts and hang them up as a surprise for someone you love!
