I got the instructions on how to make the flower part from this website: http://www.make-it-do.com/uncategorized/guest-blogger-vanessa-of-v-and-co/ then i bought some ribbon and a headband and it was all done with a hot glue gun from there!

You will need

1 Glue Gun that works 1 Fabric Of Your Choice2 in wide and about the length from your had to your elbow long 1 Hair Band
