½ or ¼ Yard of faux fur ¼ Yard knit fabric Scissors Pins Needle & Thread Sewing machine
For my knit fabric I cut up a pair of old sweat pants. The soft fabric gives a nice combination with the faux fur.
Cut a long strip out of your knit fabric. If you are using fabric from another garment you may need to cut pieces and sew them together to match the length of your faux fur. Cut a long strip of your faux fur. I cut mine ¼ yard wide by 60 inches long.
With right sides together pin your fabric to your faux fur. My faux fur is wider than my other fabric. Sew the long sides together. Turn your scarf right side out.
Make two twists of your scarf and pin your ends together. By making 2 twists your will pin fabric to fabric and faux fur to faux fur. Pin your ends together with right sides facing and sew. If you are using your sewing machine for this, go as far as you can and then finish sewing by hand.
