Step1: prepare the fabric strips
1. Rip the fabric into strips, each about 2.5cm wide;
2. Stretch them apart so that they will turn into little “strings” as the picture shows.

Step2: knot the patterns
1. Group each two strands of fabric strips in one, work the overhand knot every 1cm distance. Prepare the groups 6 or more for one diy fabric necklace.

step2-2. Hold one end of all the above elements and tie up with another fabric strip side by side;

Attach on the chain and trim off the ends after ensure its fastness.

Lay out the branches on flat and arrange them into the pattern you desired. Bind the other end in same way and then add on the other tip of chain.
