READ THIS!!! I ran over another diy body scrub here on CO+K and I was SHOCKED! It uses ingredients like salt, which dries your skin, and also food colors, which all have like tons of chemicals and unhealthy preservatives in them!!! Instead - here's what I have made many times, and was definitely satisfied! A quick, all-natural and skin-friendly body AND face scrub out of the most delicious ingredients you can find in the kitchen!

Take an empty and clean and small canister or smth and pour the sugar. It's the exfoliator, which doesn't dry your skin. Good thing is that it starts to melt once on skin, so it will be really gentle and painless. Not-so good thing is that it really tends to melt, so it's best to make new scrub every time. It's really quick and easy though, so I don't find it a problem.:)
Now, mix in the honey, until you get a paste-like consistency. And... that was it! Ready and yummy!:) Any honey will do, but if you have the solid type it's even better. In that case you could add some drops of grape seed oil (restoration and detox) or salicylic acid solution (for acne-prone skin) to make it a little more liquidy.
Since you're already done, this isn't really a step, but an alternative. If you don't have any honey at the moment, you can simply make scrub by taking a usual amount of your facial wash or shower gel and mix in some sugar! Done!
