Be B O L D! That is my motto for 2016. Instead of choosing specific goals/resolutions, I opted for a mantra that I can strive to live up to. Something to measure my decisions against, if you will. And to keep a reminder of this motto nearby, I decided to create a DIY banner from cardboard, paint and a few other supplies I already had and that I bet you do too!

Trace out triangle shapes on the “bad side” of your cardboard. Paint the “good side” whatever color you’d like! I chose gold.
Let your paint dry and then cut our your triangle shapes.
Punch holes in each piece of cardboard.
Write your motto!
String the twine through the holes in each piece of cardboard. Then, hot glue the twine into place on the back of each piece of cardboard. This is optional, but it helps the cardboard stay in place when the banner is hung up.
Hang up your banner!
