Every time I visit a Panera or Einstein Bros. bagel sho I drool over all of the fancy cream cheese spreads they offer. Instead of spending the cash on fancy spreads in the shop, you can create your own!

For each of these recipes, make sure your cream cheese is at room temp to make the blending easy. You want the ingredients to be well combined. I mix mine in a little chopper (mini food processor) but a bowl and spoon will be fine! I've made all kinds of versions, but these are my favorites: Reduced Fat Hazelnut Spread 1/2 tsp orange zest 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped Just blend together!
Reduced Fat Sundried Tomato Spread 16 oz. reduced fat cream cheese pinch of salt 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, soaked in hot water for ten minutes, then chopped 1 garlic clove, chopped Just blend together!
Kalamata Olive spread 16 oz. reduced fat cream cheese pinch of salt 1/4 cup kalamata (Greek) olives, chopped 1/8 cup roasted red pepper, chopped Just blend together!
