Nice & easy to make. You can leave off the Diam from the topping if you like.
Nice & easy to make. You can leave off the Diam from the topping if you like.
Heat oven 180 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.
Add egg & vanilla. Stir through.
Add flour. Stir to combine.
Stir through the Diam bars..
Press into a tray. Bake for 20-25 mins.
Cool the base completely. Melt the chocolate & set aside.
Mix the chocolate & mascarpone together.
Spread over the base.
Sprinkle with the remaining Diam Bar.
Cut & serve.
